Motate Media, LLC agrees to provide [media] services including but not limited to SEO, PPC, and Social Media Management as outlined in the client proposal. Timelines are estimated and dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook).
Invoices are due upon receipt. Marketing budgets for ad spend are payable directly to the advertising platform or to Motate Media, LLC in advance if managed accounts are used.
Clients may cancel recurring services with a 30-day written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
